Documentation Center

Equipped with a large TV for viewing documentaries, our documentation center houses an impressive collection of important archival information regarding the Grand Cascapedia. As part of our museum’s mandate, the documentation center is where we house, collect, and preserve historical documents related to the history of our river.

The documentation center is also a haven for both amateur and professional researchers. Whether you are interested in your family’s history or in the rich angling traditions that helped shape early Canadian culture, the documentation center is a comfortable place for you to come and find answers. Our knowledgeable staff would be delighted to help you find the information that you seek.

We are proud to house a number of valuable and rare one-of-a-kind books in our collection. To peruse a list of our titles, please click here. We are still in the process of compiling this list. Further updates will be made at a later date.
